Hardscaping & Stone Work
Retaining Wall Construction in Danbury, CT and Nearby Towns
A retaining wall holds back tons of soil and water, so most of its strength is hidden: footing depth, drainage stone and pipe behind the wall, and geogrid where the height calls for it. We build segmental block and natural stone walls that stay straight.

Why it matters
- Drainage behind the wall to relieve water pressure
- Compacted footing and reinforcement where needed
- Block or natural stone, capped and finished

Questions homeowners ask
Do I need a permit for my wall?
Taller walls usually need a building permit and sometimes an engineer's design. We check the requirement with your town before we start.
Why is my old wall leaning?
Usually water. Without drainage behind it, frozen and saturated soil pushes the wall out. Rebuilding with proper drainage fixes the cause, not just the look.
